1. Membership Duration & Billing
All memberships are subject to a 12-month agreement and are billed annually.  Memberships automatically renew each year unless written notice of cancellation is provided at least 30 days prior to the end of the 12-month term.

2. Member's Right to Cancel
Members may cancel their membership at any time after the initial 12-month term by submitting a written notice.

• If notice is received on or before the 15th of the month, the cancellation is effective at the end of that month.

• If received after the 15th, the cancellation takes effect at the end of the following month.
  All membership fees are non-refundable. If a member cancels before completing the first 12 months, the full annual fee must still be paid at the time of cancellation.

3. Bullseye Bill’s Right to Terminate
Bullseye Bill’s reserves the right to terminate any membership immediately for:

• Non-payment of fees,

• Violation of range rules or membership terms, or

• Behavior deemed detrimental to the safety, order, or reputation of the facility and its members, at the sole discretion of management.

4. Changes to Membership Terms
Bullseye Bill’s reserves the right to modify membership terms, benefits, categories, pricing, or facility operations at any time.
All changes will be posted on the official website and will take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use of the membership constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
