Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated Retail Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales in our retail store. Responsibilities:

- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner

- Provide product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits

- Assist customers in finding the right products to meet their needs

- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently

- Maintain a clean and organized store environment

- Stock shelves and ensure merchandise is properly displayed

- Meet or exceed sales goals on a regular basis

- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in retail sales is preferred but not required

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus

- Knowledge of electronics sales or technical sales is an advantage

- Ability to work well in a team environment

- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

Must have Basic Firearm knowledge
